Former President of the Nigerian Senate, Bukola Saraki, has lost his mother, Florence Morenike Saraki, at the age of 89.

Mrs Saraki passed away on June 18, 2024, as confirmed by Saraki on his verified official social media handles.

According to the family, ”While we grieve her departure, we take solace in the rich legacy she leaves behind—a testament to a life well-lived in service, compassion, and resilience.
