The DPP Is Yet To File Chidinma’s Case At The High Court – Lawyer

Earlier today the Lagos State Magistrate Court sitting in Yaba, Lagos sat on the murder case of the Super TV CEO Usifo Ataga, with the chief suspect Chidinma Adaora Ojukwu appearing in court. Chidinma Ojukwu's case
The hearing that took place in court today, barely lasted more than five minutes as the judge of the Lagos State Magistrate court, room 1 adjourned the case till November 3, 2021, rather as it was expected that the case would have been transferred to the Lagos High court by the judge on request by the Office of the DPP.

According to Chidinma’s lawyer Barr. Onwuka Egwu on the current situation of the case, confirmed that if the DPP files the case at the High court before November 3 then the next sitting will be at the high court in Ikeja.
