Ace Dancer and instructor Kaffy Ameh has dropped a few nuggets for Nigerians on the need to protect their mental health. The dance star in a post shared on her Instagram page explained that peace of mind is true wealth.
According to the mother of two, under no circumstances should people allow others to steal their peace or give their peace to people all in a bid to look good. She shared that it will do them no good in the end. She shared that if your conscience or spirit doesn’t agree with something people should never do it.

A few days ago the choreographer shared that the social media platform, Facebook was the main reason why she was able to find and reunite with her sister after being apart for over 22-years. She shared that after she won the Guinness Book of World Records her sister searched for her through the platform.
