According to TMZ, some police sources in Los Angeles said that the wife of ‘DJ tWitch’, Allison Holker, went in desperation to a police station on Tuesday to report that Stephen had disappeared from his home without taking his car, which he never did.

It adds that before noon, paramedics received a call for a medical emergency at a Los Angeles hotel and that’s where they found Stephen, dead of a gunshot wound that was apparently self-inflicted.
