Did DJ Khaled And Floyd Mayweather Just Commit Fraud?

Popular US-based music producer, DJ Khaled, and world-renowned boxer, Floyd Mayweather has been charged for violating the US financial laws. The US security and Exchange Commission which announced on Thursday the settlement both men are required to pay as the US financial regulator said the men failed to disclose payments they received to promote certain cryptocurrency investments. However, both men have neither admitted nor denied the claim but have agreed to pay the combined penalty which is over $750,000.  The indictment of the two celebrities principally relates to a cryptocurrency platform called Centra, The company which promised investors that the funds raised in the ICO would be used to build a variety of financial products, including a debit card backed by Visa and Mastercard that would enable users to convert thinly-traded cryptocurrencies into U.S. dollars. But the company has no relationship with Mastercard or Visa which means the company is a sham and a fraud.
