Singer and songwriter, Timi Dakolo has reacted to people who have refused to heed government’s order and stay at home, pending the time a viable panacea is found to the coroanvirus pandemic.
Sharing a video of heavy traffic on Lekki area of Lagos form his window, the singer said that people were not obeying the lockdown rule.
