The Senior Pastor of the Salvation Ministries Pastor David Ibiyeomie has said that a lady has no right whatsoever to see her Fiance’s manhood/penis before marriage. 
The Man of God said this while discussing relationship matter at his Church’s Youth Arise Service. A member of the congregation asked him if it’s allowed for a woman to see her fiance’s Penis before marriage to check if he’s Ok sexually and pastor Ibiyeomie said it is not in the woman’s place to check. Rather the male partner should confide in his wife-to-be and tell her if he had any sort of sexual problem. He went to say it was nothing but self-deception for a woman to think that she will look at the penis and just stop wanting nor looking at it.
