The management of Media Trust Limited, publishers of Daily Trust, on Tuesday released a statement condemning the verbal attack on its reporter, Eyo Charles, by the former minister of Aviation, Chief Femi Fani Kayode.
Daily Trust, through its Executive Director/Editor-in-Chief,  Naziru Mikailu Abubakar, commended the professional conduct of Charles and condemned Fani-Kayode’s vituperation, urging Nigeria Police to take note, if anything happens to Charles, Daily Trust will hold Fani Kayode responsible. The reporter Eyo Charles has also shared his own side of the story on what transpired between himself and FFK.
