Nollywood actor Ugezu Ugezu has called out Nigerians to stop giving cosmetic apologies but be more honest and truthful when apologizing to someone for any wrongdoings. The actor in a post shared on his page explained that people need to stop using the phrase “if I have wronged you” when apologizing because they always know who they have wronged but learn to apologize boldly and quit the probability apology.
He shared that people should learn to say sorry and also show that they are indeed sorry when they wrong others. According to Ugezu, apology gets to the soul only when it comes from the soul. The filmmaker shared that cosmetic apology brings more anger for the deceit is always glaring.
