2. If you have a cough, cover your nose and mouth with disposable tissue. Dispose of the tissue and sanitize or wash your hands afterwards. Better still, dab when you cough or sneeze so you do it into your bent elbow and not your palms, then sanitize.

3. Keep a safe distance of about 1 meter or 3 feet away from people who feel unwell, who have a cough or are sneezing. If you are too close, you can breathe in the droplets, including the COVID-19 virus if the person coughing has the disease.

4. If you feel unwell, stay home and self-isolate from others in the household. Study your breathing and your temperature.
