The half-Congolese Frenchwoman’s sheer embroidered mini-dress outlined her perky assets and showcased her long legs. Cindy turned heads on the purple carpet inside Cipriani Wall Street wearing the high-low number and silver stilettos selected by stylist Mickael Carpin.
