Chimamanda Ngozi Adichie Receives 2019 Everett M. Rogers Award

Nigerian author Chimamanda Ngozi Adichie who was named the winner of the 2019 Everett M. Rogers Award, an award she received as an honor for reframing the discourse on race, gender & identity, has now been presented to her. The event was held on the 7th of February. Dean Willow Bay and Marty Kaplan of the Norman Lear Center provide opening remarks, followed by Danai Gurira, an actor on Walking Dead and Black Panther, were all present at the event.
