Chimamanda Adichie receives an award for Special Distinction For Thought Leadership in New York

It is indeed an award and recognition season for Nigerian in the diaspora as Chimamanda Ngozi Adichie has bagged another award for her self at the Annual Awards Dinner of the Global Hope Coalition in New York City. This is one of the sidelines of the 73rd United Nations General Assembly, a session held to celebrate presidents and prime ministers who have contributed to Syrian crises.
The award is held to celebrate people who have each contributed meaningfully to peace and tolerance in their communities and countries.
