Nigerian actor, comedian, movie director and producer, Charles Inojie, who is the originator of popular trend, ‘Na Dem Dey Rush Us’, has said that the phrase wasn’t part of the movie script.
The actor, who recently launch “Na dem dey rush us” customised jersey and face caps on Instagram, got his attention called into the issue of copyright and below is what he said in a new interview:
How come you are using “Na dem dey rush us” a phrase from the movie script without giving credits to the writer or movie producer?
“Lol… Na dem dey rush us wasn’t part of the movie script, as an actor you are bound to come up with Ideas to make the movie lively… Which Actor does exactly what the scripts says?”
