Carabao Cup holders Manchester United will play away at Swansea City in the fourth round of the competition, while Chelsea will be at home against Everton.
However, Tottenham hosting bitter rivals West Ham in an-all London derby bitter rivals is the pick of the ties for the last 16, which also sees Manchester City drawn against Championship Wolves.
Arsenal play Norwich City, while Leicester City, who knocked out Liverpool, face Leeds United at home.
Bournemouth host Middlesbrough and Bristol City take on Crystal Palace in the other fourth-round ties. Dates and times of the fixtures are to be finalised at a later date but will take place on October 23/24.
