Nollywood actress, Didi Ekanem has expressed fears over what the outcome would be if the infamous Special Anti-Robbery Squad (SARS) unit is disbanded.
Writing on her Instagram page, the actress stated that she worries that if the unit is scrapped, many of them might turn to armed robbers and begin inflicting pain on well meaning Nigerians.
She explained that although they are still criminals in uniform, her fears are what they’ll become once they are out.

“#EndSars and provide a better means of protection for us. I’m worried that these SARS men will now venture into full time robbery because they were already criminals in uniform. #endsarsbrutality.”
