President Muhammadu Buhari has condoled with the National Working Committee (NWC) of the All Progressives Congress (APC), following the death of National Welfare Secretary, Friday Nwosu.
In the statement issued on Friday through his Senior Special Assistant to the President, Garba Shehu.

Garba Shehu said Buhari sympathized with family members, friends, and colleagues who accoding to him served the party and country diligently, remarkably handling affairs of members, notably during campaigns and elections.
Mr President revealed the wisdom and maturity Nwosu contributed to the successes of the party over the years.
He noted that his departure left a vaccuum in the leadership segment that caters for members and staff of the APC.
The President prayed that Nwosu’s soul will find eternal rest and God’s covering over his family.

The APC Twitter handle tweeted, “Words are not enough to describe the monumental loss brought by the passing of the party’s National Welfare Secretary, Sir Friday Nwanozie Nwosu on the APC family. May his soul rest in peace.”
