Buhari And Osibanjo Sends Congratulatory Message To Primate Rufus Ositelu As He Becomes A Septuagenarian

President Muhammadu Buhari and his vice, Yemi Osibanjo have sent an approbatory message to the Primate of The Church of The Lord Worldwide (TCLW), His Holiness, Most Rev. Dr. Rufus Okikiola Ositelu on his 70th birthday.

Buhari in a press statement read by his Special Assistant on Media Publicity, Femi Adeshina joined all Church leaders, members, family, and friends to share in the joyous occasion.

The President stated in his message that the scholarly background of Dr. Ositelu greatly impacted his influence, teachings, and leadership, and has translated into gains for many, showing clearly in the many leadership roles he has held. President Buhari also stated that the high sense of patriotism of the septuagenarian is evident in his position on counseling leaders on programs and policies that directly improve the livelihood of people, empowerment of youth and women, and elimination of violence against women and children, which demonstrate his love for humanity.

VP Yemi Osibanjo on the other hand was represented by Pastor Seyi Malomo who is the Chaplain of Aso Rock Villa Chapel and is known to always represent Osinbajo on religious assignment stated that the VP was absent because he had to attend a very important event that he couldn’t miss. In Osibanjo’s congratulatory message he stated that the people of the TCLW have come to visit him in Aso Rock and so he would one day come and visit them in the church. Osibanjo went on to congratulate the primate on his new age and pointed out that God will continue to bless and enlarge his coast while blessing the celebrant with many more years.
