The Los Angeles County District Attorney’s office has declined to press charges against Anthony Anderson for an alleged 2017 assault.
The Los Angeles Police Department began the investigation when a woman approached the LAPD and claimed she’d been assaulted by the Black-ish star, according to media reports. But on Tuesday, the DA dropped the case against the 48-year-old ‘because the woman refused to cooperate and there was not enough evidence to go forward,’ the website claimed.
