BBNaija season 3 housemate Bitto Bryan has opened up o how the reality TV show has helped him, even morally as against the moral decadence people think and say the show promotes.
Bitto was a guest on The Catch Up Show with Tomi and spoke at length about the show, its aftermath and the current airing season.

Replying to what moral the show has imbibed in him, the OAP named anger management. According to him, he is a very expressive person and can be volatile when expressing his feelings but being in the House, helped him manage.
