Billionaire Kidnapper Evans Calls Out The Nigerian Police In Latest Confessions

Billionaire kidnapper, Onuamadike Chukwudimeje, alias Evans, who has been the major headline of most Nigerian blogs since last week has recently revealed to the police that he operated three detention camps in Lagos.Speaking during the inspection of the camps, Evans announced that he made enough money from kidnapping, though he could not enjoy it due to pressure from the police. He also said he started fending for himself at age 10 when his father abandoned him.The suspect also said his mother was paralysed and had since been bedridden. The notorious kidnapper said his collection of automobiles is worth over N100 million, while he debunked the news that he had a vehicle called “Phantom.”“I had three different detention camps in Lagos. I abandoned the Jakande Estate one when the residents became suspicious. “I dropped out of school in JSS 2 when my father refused to further sponsor my education. I have been fending for myself since I was 10 with little support from my mother. “I did not enjoy the money I made from this business because I was running from one place to another because the police were after me,” he said.He listed his automobiles which were valued in millions. Evans also denied that he abandoned his father in penury, claiming that the father started the piggery business from what he (Evans) gave him. He also blamed his involvement in crime on the lack of good upbringing as a result of his father’s attitude. “Had it been that my father had taken good care of me, I would not have become what I am today,” he said.Photo Credit: Getty
