Afrobeat star, Seun Kuti is reflecting on the time he spent with some prisoners while being detained by the police for slapping a security operative at Third Mainland Bridge in Lagos.
The singer is currently in Zurich, Switzerland to kick off his Europe tour amid his ongoing case with the police.

His lawyers have defended the trip, saying he is currently not being prosecuted in court by the Nigeria Police Force or any other prosecuting authority.
Reflecting on the time he spent with prisoners, Seun Kuti stated that it is better being on the cold floor with inmates than being in the devil’s house with prisoners.

He wrote;
“Dem put me for hard cold floor, in the midst of prisoners still better than sitting in the devils house with politicians.”
