Social media commentator, Reno Omokri has taken to social media to advise Nigerians to always fin true happiness no matter the situation they find themselves.
Taking to his Twitter page, he wrote that as children we learnt to be happy for no reason and that it is necessary to replicate the same happiness in our adulthood.
He wrote “If you are not happy, dont assume that you are depressed and start taking pills. Try this first. Simply act happy. Do all the things that happy people do. Laugh. Play. Dance. Celebrate. Acting, leads to reality. Act happy and it will be you reality.

“When you were a child, you were happy for no reason. Why do you now need reasons to be happy just because you are an adult? That‘s not maturity. That‘s conformity. You are conforming to the mood of unhappy adults around you. Be happy without reason.”
