COVID-19 Vaccine: Don’t Risk The Lives Of Your Residents – Fayemi Blasts Yahaya Bello Over His Conspiracy Theories

The Chairman of the Nigerian Governors Forum, Gov Kayode Fayemi Of Ekiti State has cautioned his Kogi State counterpart, Gov Yahaya Bello to be careful and not put the lives of the people of Kogi State at risk with his dismissive beliefs of the pandemic COVID-19 and his yet to be proven claim of that “COVID-19 vaccines were introduced to kill Africans”. 

Gov Fayemi made this statement during his appearance on Channels Television on Thursday, January 21, where he asked Gov Yahaya Bello to tread with caution as the preponderance of the Nigerian Governor’s Forum is of the belief that COVID-19 is real.

The Ekiti State Governor noted that there is a need to respond to the challenges that have emanated from the pandemic. He also told Governor Yahaya Bello that though he might have his reservations, the most appropriate to respond to a matter of such import is not to be dismissive.
