BBNaija Ban: NBC Denies Suspending Show

The National Broadcasting Commission (NBC) has denied reports of its  suspension of ongoing reality show, Big Brother Naija.

Recall that on Friday, Minister of Information and Cultural Orientation, Alhaji Lai Mohammed had ordered the Commission to shut down the show over Covid-19 concerns.

However, in a conversation with Daily Trust on Saturday night, the Commission’s Acting Director-General, Dr Armstrong Idachaba said it was false and untrue that the show had been suspended.Read more: Covid-19: Stop BBNaija Now – Lai Mohammed Orders NBC
