Bashir Ahmad Hits Davido Over ‘Disrespectful’ Depiction Of Islam

Bashir Ahmed, ex-aide to Muhammadu Buhari, has criticised Davido over a music video alleged to have disrespectfully depicted Islam.

On Friday, Logos Olori, one of Davido’s newly signed acts, unveiled his first single ‘Jaye Lo’ accompanied by a video.

Davido made a tweet to promote the song on his page just after its release.

The singer wrote, “Allow me to re-introduce @logosolori with his new single ‘Jaye Lo’. Let us Run It Up one time! Let us take over the world! We Litty.”

Reacting to the video, Ahmad argued that the content is disrespectful and offensive to Muslims.
