Barack Obama Blasts President Trump for Inciting Violence At The US Capitol Building

The former President of the United States of America Barack Obama has called out President Donald Trump for inciting violence at the Capitol building when his supporters clashed with police officials on Wednesday 6th of January,2021.

The former president issued a statement on Wednesday via his official Twitter account saying that the actions of the rioters are the consequences of the rhetoric used by Trump in the aftermath of the 2020 presidential election and said that Republicans and Democrats must work together to restore a common purpose to our politics.

He mentioned that republican leaders have a clear choice to make now as they either continue on the path of violence or work towards choosing the peace of America. He appreciated the republican leaders who have spoken up against the events of last night and said leaders like them are the people America needs right now to achieve it’s common goal with president Biden.
