Governor Bala Abdulkadir Mohammed of Bauchi State has been awarded the most journalist friendly Governor in Nigeria by Bauchi Journalists.
The Governor was awarded the recognition at a presentation and launching ceremony themed, “Role of the Media in Promoting Piece and Unity in Nigeria”. 
Thanking God for the award, Bala Mohammed also appreciating the members of the Correspondents Chapel of Bauchi Nigerian Union of Journalists for finding him worthy of the award.
