Artist Joel Alvarez had tongues wagging with his collection of bikinis at the Miami Swim Week, as his models strutted their stuff in quite inventive and very skimpy bikinis made out of tape. Alvarez, a photographer-cum-designer designed his “swimwear,” in one and two-pieces.
