The Wendy Williams Show went into an impromptu break on Tuesday when the host, Wendy Williams fainted during a live recording.
Wendy was in the middle of her program’s annual Halloween costume contest (How You Doin) when she began to blab her lines as she swayed back and forth before she crashed on the floor.
Her media crew veered swiftly into emergency operations as they rushed to resuscitate her before the show went into a commercial break.
A revived Wendy Williams calmed her panicking audience after the break as she blamed her Statue of Liberty costume for the accident before she wrapped up the show shortly after.
Wendy said “That was not a stunt. I overheated in my costume. I did pass out. But you know what, I’m a champ and I’m back.”Photo Credit Getty
