Issa Rae is an American Actress, director, producer, web series creator and writer, whose real names are Jo-Issa Rae. The actress looks stunning on the 2018 red carpet Emmys award wearing a sleeveless powder blue jumpsuit on a white heel, with her hair styled in an updo bun.
She further added to her outfit a silver dropping ear-rings, a silver wrist watch and a white ring. Issa Rae made mention of her outfit which that was made for 100hours and featured 3000 crystals that were hand sewn. Looking very attractive on a simple light makeup with her face well contoured and highlighted.
