Algeria has announced and confirmed its first case of the deadly Coronavirus.
This was confirmed by the Algerian Ministry of Health through its minister, Shamsuddin Shitor who said that due to their vigilance they were able to find out the virus.
He said that an Italian man who arrived into the country was responsible for the coronavirus.

He said “One case was confirmed positive for coronavirus (COVID-19), out of two suspected cases (both) of Italian nationality. ”
Recall that some days back a man tested negative to the coronavirus in the North Africa country.
