The first lady of the country, Aisha Buhari, as sought for the total lockdown of the country after the confirmation of the first death of Coronavirus in the country.
The wife of the President Aisha Buhari who has been self-isolating since her daughter returned from the UK, She tweeted earlier today where she commended the governors of States where schools have been closed down, and the partial stay at the home of civil servants in some states across the country.
She said, “It is commendable that state governors have closed down schools.
“However, this could be counterproductive if parents are still going to work.
“We should not isolate students and expose their parents.
“Let us remember that they will meet at home”.
