Pastor Adeboye Visits El-Rufai, Days After RCCG Pastors Were Released

The General Overseer of the Redeemed Christian Church of God Pastor Enoch Adeboye, has on Tuesday paid a visit to the Kaduna State Governor Nasir El-Rufai days after the state secured the release of the RCCG pastor abducted by Bandits in the State.  Governor El-Rufai

The meeting was held at the Sir Kashim Ibrahim State Government House in Kaduna. Pastor E.A Adeboye visited the Kaduna State Governor along with top members/officials of the RCCG ministries.

This is coming days after Pastor Adeboye had announced that eight members of the RCCG church who were kidnapped in Kaduna State had been released.

Adeboye and El-RufaiRecall that KOKO TV had earlier reported that some members of RCCG, Region 30, Trinity Sanctuary, Kaduna, were attacked on March 26 near Doka along the Kachia-Kafanchan Road, on their way to a programme.

Subsequently, Adeboye had on April 8 said all the eight kidnapped members of the church were taken to hospital for examination after they regained freedom.

Also, KOKO TV reported that on March 11, some bandits invaded the Federal College of Forestry Mechanisation Mando in Igabi Local Government Area of Kaduna State where 39 students were abducted.

Though about 10 of the students have regained freedom, others are still in captivity.

El-Rufai had also ruled out payment of ransom or any form of negotiation with the kidnappers.
