Things seem to be getting worse for actor Jussie Smollett as it has just been revealed that the actor under arrest. According to the Chicago police spokesman Anthony Guglielmi Smollett; ”is under arrest and in custody of detectives.”
CNN also reports that the actor’s bail hearing has been fixed for 1:30 p.m. local time Thursday. Smollett’s lawyers speaking on the arrest said they will they’ll “mount an aggressive defense” following the felony charge of disorderly conduct the actor was slammed with.
