Acting President Yemi Osinbajo is commissioning and setting in motion the opening of a huge fertiliser plant in the Port Harcourt, as part of ongoing efforts to boost the agricultural sector.A bid to diversify the economy away from the reliance on oil is one of the aims of the current government. The plant will cost $1.5bn (£1.1bn) and should produce 1.5 million tonnes of fertiliser.
