The Federal Government has ordered the submission of a mandatory Self-Certification form for every citizen who has account(s) in Financial institutions.
This was made known in a statement release via the nation’s official Twitter handle.According to the statement, the concerned and affected citizens are to obtain the self-confirmation forms, complete and submit same to their financial institutions or face sanctions which includes loss of access to the accounts.
“INFORMATION: This is to notify the general public that all account holders in Financial Institutions (Banks, Insurance Companies, etc) are required to obtain, complete and submit Self-Certification Forms to their respective Financial Institutions“, the statement began.
Failture to fill and submit the forms will result in loss of access to he accounts, the FG promised
