“My Father Is Being Prosecuted Because He Rose Against White Monopoly In South Africa” – Jacob Zuma’s Son

Jacob Zuma’s son, Edward Zuma, spurned a whole new web on the series of trials that have been tabled against his father after his(Jacob) resignation few weeks ago. In his statement which he released today, Edward claimed that his father who is currently facing criminal charges, is being victimised for rising against white monopoly of power in the country.
The National Prosecuting Authority (NPA) stated on Friday, that they would charge Jacob Zuma for corruption, money laundering and racketeering. Edward also claimed that his father is being targeted for speaking out in support of radical economic transformation and expropriation of land without compensation. Edward said his father was fighting for the poor in the country. He also vowed to defend his father. Edward rounded up by challenging the NPA to charge those who stole the country’s wealth and hid it in foreign lands.
