Self-Isolation/Self-Quarantine: this is the term used to refer to the act of staying away from others intentionally and in one’s space. This is done by people who are showing symptoms of the disease or have come in contact with a Coronavirus patient. When on self-isolation, you are expected to stay home for 14 days, avoid coming in contact with other people as you do not know if you have contracted the virus or not and sticking to the hygiene measure of washing your hands regularly.
