#FixTheCountry: Efia Odo Arrested And Released On Bail For Protesting In Ghana
Social media influencer, Efia Odo has finally been released hours after being arrested by Ghana Police.
It was reported that the video vixen has been gripped by the Ghana police following misconduct at the Accra High Court.
While elaborating the FixTheCountry demonstration at the court, Efia Odo and 15 other protestors who were present began shouting ‘we will demonstrate’.
Their actions drew the attention of the police and got them bundled in their pick-up car.
After the back and forth of it all, Efia has been granted bail.
She confirmed the news on her Facebook page.
She shared a photo of herself and captioned it “Bail granted”.
In the short video, Efia and the other protestors were heard shouting “we will demonstrate” at the premises of the court, an action regarded as a crime according to law.
Efia Odo who put the protestors on camera quickly uploaded the video on her social media handles indicating that regardless of the court’s decision, they are poised to demonstrate.
Well, this action triggered the available police to arrest her and the other protestors. They were bundled into a police pickup car.
