This week our topic is direct at guys who have become casualties of been meek with an inability to express themselves, hang around a lady for too long and end up being the “Mr Nice Guy”, who most often than not end up being put in the friend zone. 
In the modern social media age, no one needs to hang around for far too long around a lady helping with her groceries, paying her bills and you don’t let her know your intentions, “Oga that attitude in local parlance is called “The Boy is Good Apa lon je be”. So if you don’t intend to be classified as such here are 5 rules you must live and stick by it, as a Sharp Naija Guy and you don’t want to be the “Mr Nice Guy of Lagos”.
- Say What You Want: The first rule to follow so you don’t fall in the Mr Nice Guy zone is to say what you want and don’t just hang around the girl and seemingly expecting her to figure out. Like in the famous Pete Edochie’s quote a boy who spends too much time around a girl without telling her what he wants would end up fetching water for her on her wedding day.
- Be Firm: Be firm here doesn’t mean you shouldn’t be nice to her, help her talk with her, but sometimes you just have to disappear, make yourself scarce make her crave for your attention. So when you finally give the attention she seeks be clear on what you want with her.
- Be A Goal Getter: Let her know you’re a goal-getter, a man with ambition, who she can’t just call at her beck and call and would jump to make himself available to every of her Winnie bitty needs.
- Learn To Say No: Yes you need to know how to say No! this just reaffirms point number 2, when you don’t want or like something learn to say know. Relationships are about compromise if she isn’t ready to make compromises also for you then you should just walk away now before it gets too late.
- Be Confident and Charismatic: Be confident, be charismatic have a reason for being alive and make sure she knows it.
