Current Ekiti state Governor, Ayodele Fayose was a recent guest of the Oba of Benin, His Royal Majesty, Omo N’Oba N’Edo Uku Akpolokpolo Oba Ewuare II, Ogidigan Oba of Benin Kingdom at the Monarch’s palace on Thursday, 6th July, 2017.
The Governor is expected to deliver a lecture at Ben Idahosa University, Benin, as part of activities in celebration of the institution’s 13th Convocation. 
Although sources are alleging that the visit is part of Fayose’s propaganda towards his presidential ambition. At the moment though, there are no further indications of this claim, but we will keep yoiu updated as the story unfolds.
