21 Savage Arrested And Set To Face Deportation From U.S After Being Unlawfully Present In The State

It has been confirmed by the United States Immigration and Customs Enforcement that rapper 21 savage has been arrested. This they said was as a result of the fact that 21-savage whose real name is name is Sha Yaa Bin Abraham-Joseph has overstayed his visa permit in the state. ICE spokesman Bryan Cox revealed that the 27-year-old rapper was taken into custody in a “targeted operation,”. The rapper who claimed to be from Atlanta had long been considered to be a local act born in Atlanta. Cox, has however revealed that Abraham-Joseph is an “unlawfully present the United Kingdom national” who came to the U.S. on a visa in July 2005 and his visa expired a year later. Abraham-Joseph was also convicted of felony drug charges in 2014 in Fulton County. Since the incident, the rapper has according to cox has started going through “removal proceedings before the federal immigration courts,”. 21-savage is currently in ICE custody in Georgia and has been placed into removal proceedings before the federal immigration courts. The immigration and Customs enforcement are currently waiting for the outcome of the rapper’s case before a federal immigration judge to determine their future actions. Photo Credit: Getty
