2018 World Cup: Belgium Fans Panic As Lukaku Misses Training

Belgians and their World Cup supporters fear as Lukaku misses training.

Belgium may have qualified for the last-16 after two wins, but the world is more concerned about the team’s top scorer Romelu Lukaku, who missed training on Tuesday. The 25-year-old striker came off after 60 minutes of the 5-2 mauling of Tunisia with ankle knock.

“The result was positive,” coach Roberto Martinez has confirmed after Lukaku undergone tests on the ankle injury ahead of Thursday’s game with England to determine who will finish top of the Group G standings.  England’s Harry Kane is currently the leading goalscorer in Russia with five goals – one more than Portugal’s Cristiano Ronaldo, and Belgium’s Romelu Lukaku.
