12 Nigerian Entertainers Who Welcomed Babies In 2017

The arrival of a new baby brings hope and joy to a family regardless of whatever situation that may be happening at the home front. Babies are a source of strength to their parents and the birth of a young one is never taken for granted.
Despite being a year with its own share of downs, 2017 has had its ups too. A lot of homes have witnessed the cries of new born babies and some Nigerian celebrities were not exempted.
Here are Nigerian celebrities who welcomed their babies this year.
1. Mimi Orijekwe

The actress who welcomed her child on April 3, 2017 revealed she had her without the aid of anesthetic and epidurals.

Dbanj welcomed his son with Didi Kilgrow in May 2017. The duo wedded in a secret ceremony in July 2016.
3. Davido

Nigerian artiste, Davido, welcomed his second child with his American girlfriend, Amanda in May 2017.
4. Runtown

Mad over you’ singer, Runtown welcomed his first child, a baby boy with his girlfriend, Selena Leath in June 2017.
5. Laura Ikeji

In July 2017 Linda Ikeji’s younger sister, Laura Ikeji-Kanu and husband Ogbonna Kanu welcomed a baby boy, Ryan in the US.
6. Dolapo Oni

British-born Nigerian television presenter, Dolapo Oni Sijuwade, and husband Prince Adegbite Sijuwade welcomed their son on August 26, 2017.
7. Mary Remmy Njoku

Nollywood actress and CEO of ROK studios Mary Remmy Njoku and her husband Jason Njoku welcomed the third child, a baby girl in August 2017.
8. Ifunanya Igwe

Actress, Ifunanya Igwe and her husband, Mike Ukpabia added a second child, a baby girl named Michelle to the family in October 2017.
9. Uche Nnanna

In October, Nollywood actress, Uche Nnanna and her husband, Richard Maduka welcomed their second baby, a boy in USA.
10. Benita Okojie

Gospel singer, Benita Okojie and her husband Olawale Adeyinna welcomed their baby boy in October. The couple got married in November 2016.
11. Wizkid

Nigerian Music star, Ayodeji Ibrahim Balogun, AKA Wizkid has confirmed the birth of his third child with his International manager in November 2017.
12. Deyemi Okanlawon

This month, Nollywood actor, Deyemi Okanlawon welcomed another baby boy. The actor took to his Instagram page to share some photos making him a father of 2.
