Sobia Masood began wearing hijab after High School

Sobia Masood is a student of Fashion Institute Technology, New York and a fashion blogger. The 20-year-old has done incredible things with modest fashion by amassing over 49,000 followers on instagram who also visit her blogs for amazing outfits and how to wear them. Sobia’s fan-base is a result of her successful mission to blend the two worlds of fashion and religion–specifically, her Islamic faith. Sobia began wearing hijab after high school.

In an interview, Sobia explained how she’s successfully breaking the stereotype. She said, “My blogging, and just me putting myself out there on social media, I’m trying to slowly break those stereotypes.”
